Interior Designer

Interior Designer Opportunity Permanent Position in Essex: Negotiable Salary This friendly Architectural practice works with clients in the residential, commercial and community sectors and have particular expertise in hotels, pubs and restaurants. We are happy to say that they are looking for a talented and commercially focused Interior Designer to join their team. Working across a multi sector of projects, you'll play a key role in creating inspiring, commercially successful spaces, contributing from initial concept through to project completion. You will require a minimum of 3 years UK experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp, and a demonstrable history of working on hospitality projects. Key responsibilities: Seeing Interior Design projects through from feasibility concept, planning, tender/construction, on site delivery and handover. Developing creative concept design packages and presenting to clients and project team. Create detailed and accurate drawing packages including plans, elevations, sections, construction details and joinery details. Compiling detailed FF&E schedules and obtaining quotes. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants. Undertake site visits and site meetings, producing minutes when required dealing with ad-hoc queries and managing snagging.
