Registered Manager Location: Sheffield Salary: £80,000 per annum Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge within a well-established care provider? We are seeking a passionate and commercially minded Registered Manager to lead a large residential care home in Sheffield. As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, team engagement, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities * Provide visible and effective leadership to the home and wider management team. * Ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care for all residents. * Maintain and further develop regulatory compliance and quality standards. * Drive occupancy, reputation, and community engagement within the local area. * Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. * Manage budgets, resources, and overall operational performance. * Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders. About You * Experienced Registered Manager within elderly residential or nursing care. * Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care home compliance. * Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. * Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and occupancy. * Passionate about delivering exceptional care and resident outcomes. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
