Partnering closely with Senior Leaders and the Executive Board, you will play a pivotal role in shaping transformation across systems, culture and technology. You’ll lead the IT function with confidence and purpose, setting the direction while staying close to operational delivery. Define and deliver a clear IT strategy, driving innovation across systems, infrastructure and security. Work closely with the Executive Board to shape, propose and deliver technology solutions that support long-term growth, including AI and emerging technologies. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high performance, reliability and security across all platforms. A degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field. Significant experience in IT leadership and working with senior stakeholders. Strong expertise across IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cloud platforms and cybersecurity A proven track record of shaping and delivering IT strategy in a complex environment. Confidence and credibility to influence at an Executive level.
