As a Registered Nurse at Oakland House, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents Assessing, planning, and reviewing individual care plans Supporting residents with a range of mental health conditions Building strong, therapeutic relationships based on trust and respect Monitoring physical and mental health, responding to any changes Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and support staff Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration ✅ Experience or strong interest in mental health care ✅ Understanding of safeguarding and mental health legislation
