EPoS Field Service Engineer - Belfast Are you an experienced EPoS, IT or ATM engineer looking for your next role? We are recruiting for EPoS Field Service Engineer in Belfast The Role As an EPoS Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of EPoS and IT equipment at customer sites. The majority of your work will focus on break-fix support, ensuring equipment issues are resolved efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Installation, configuration and deployment of EPoS and IT equipment Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults Providing break-fix support across customer locations Delivering high levels of customer service and technical support Participating in an on-call rota and working alternate weekendsWhat We're Looking For Previous experience as an IT, EPoS or ATM Field Service Engineer Proven experience installing, maintaining and fault-finding EPoS and IT equipment Excellent customer service and communication skills Full UK driving licencePackage & Benefits £30,000 basic salary £1,000 annual performance bonus (paid quarterly) Company vehicle (available for personal use) Fuel card for business use 25 days annual leave 3% employer pension contribution Overtime paid at 1.25x standard rateWorking Pattern Any 5 days from 7 Alternate weekends required On-call requirement
