Service Delivery Manager: Client Success & Optimization

ECS Resource Group Ltd is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to act as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring contractual commitments are met while identifying opportunities for service and revenue enhancement. Based in Swansea, this role is hybrid with one day per week in the office.

You will own the customer contract, manage relationships throughout the service lifecycle, drive customer satisfaction, and report on KPIs and SLAs while collaborating with Account Management on
