Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified Optometrist to join a well-established independent eye and hearing care clinic in Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a patient-focused environment that prioritises clinical excellence, continuity of care, and delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

You will be joining a supportive and experienced team where longer appointment times allow for a high standard of clinical care, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients.

Key Requirements

• Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

• Ability to diagnose and manage a range of visual conditions

• Excellent communication and patient care skills

• Comfortable working within an independent practice environment

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence
