An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior Employment Solicitor to join a growing and highly regarded Employment team. This role offers a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, advising a broad client base including corporate and education sector clients.The Role

• Advising on a wide range of employment law matters
• Managing Employment Tribunal litigation
• Supporting corporate transactions and advisory work
• Delivering training, seminars, and legal updates to clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
• Supporting business development and team growth initiatives

About You

7+ years' PQE in employment lawStrong technical and commercial employment law expertiseExperience handling tribunal matters and advisory workProven client relationship and business development skillsConfident supervising and mentoring junior team membersCollaborative, proactive, and commercially minded
