Event Chef 1 Day Private Event Near Bristol | Private Residence Smyth & Co are looking for experienced Event Chefs to support a private event taking place at a beautiful private residence near Bristol.

This is a one-day role supporting a relaxed but high-quality event for approximately 70 guests, with a strong focus on BBQ cooking, preparation of salads, marinades and general event food prep.
We are looking for reliable, hands-on chefs who have previously worked within professional kitchens at Sous Chef level or above and who are comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
Requirements Previous experience at Sous Chef level within quality kitchens
Confident working on BBQs and live cooking
Strong prep skills, particularly salads, marinades and event-style food preparation
Asian cuisine or open flame cooking experience would be highly advantageous
Reliable, organised and able to work well within a team
Calm under xwzovoh pressure with good attention to detail
Available for the event date
