Female Support Worker Waking Nights | West Malling 



Part time 18 hours per week 10pm – 7am



Full UK driving manual license is essential due to the needs of the service and the people we support.

We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in West Malling, supporting seven adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern.



Working waking nights is about much more than being present. You'll play a vital role in providing reassurance, promoting wellbeing and ensuring the people we support remain safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night. Every shift helps give the people we support – and their families – peace of mind.



What You'll Be Doing



During your waking night shifts, you'll:




  • Provide overnight support, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people we support



Carry out regular wellbeing checks and respond to any support needs during the night



Deliver respectful, person-centred personal care where required



Support with evening and morning routines, helping people prepare for bed and start their day



Complete accurate records and handovers to the daytime team



Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming home environment



Promote dignity, independence and choice at all times




No two nights are ever the same, and you'll be an important part of helping people feel safe and supported around the clock.
