Lead and motivate a team of approximately five staff members. Implement effective processes to optimise workshop efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, health and safety legislation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and service providers. Drive sales and improve customer retention through effective team management and service quality.Requirements of a Workshop Manager: Proven experience as a Commercial Workshop Manager or within the automotive industry as a technician with leadership responsibilities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organisational and communication abilities. Good understanding of commercial vehicle operations and key performance indicators.  Ability to motivate a team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
