Job Description Sacco Mann is recruiting for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm based in South Manchester/Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join a growing and supportive team handling high-quality property finance work for a strong client base. \n\n The firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor with experience in Real Estate Finance, Property Finance, Banking and Finance, or Commercial Property transactions involving secured lending matters. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion. \n\n The Role \n\n As a Real Estate Finance Solicitor, your responsibilities will include: \n\n Managing a caseload of Real Estate Finance and Property Finance matters. Advising lenders, borrowers, investors, and developers on secured lending transactions. Drafting and negotiating finance documents, security documents, and certificates of title. Handling acquisition finance, refinancing, and development finance transactions. Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers, and third parties to progress matters efficiently. Providing commercially focused legal advice while ensuring regulatory compliance \n\n Requirements \n\n To be considered for this Real Estate Finance Solicitor role, you will ideally have: \n\n Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales. Previous experience within Real Estate Finance, Banking and Finance, or Commercial Property. Strong technical knowledge of property and finance transactions. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
