Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer

Warwickshire | Legal 500 Firm | Hybrid Working| Clear Progression Path

I'm currently working with a highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked law firm in Warwickshire that is looking to expand its established Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer or Solicitor to join a progressive and well-respected practice known for its quality work, strong client relationships, and supportive culture.

The Role

You will play a key role in handling a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, with autonomy and support from a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and reports on title
• Contributing to the ongoing development of the department and maintaining high client service standards

This role would suit someone confident in managing their own caseload, while also being a strong team player.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner
• Demonstrable experience handling residential conveyancing files independently
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and organised approach to workload management
