A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Class Teacher to join their Early Years team from September. The Role - Nursery Class Teacher (EYFS)
You will take responsibility for a Nursery class within the Early Years Foundation Stage, delivering a creative, play-based curriculum that supports children’s development across all areas of learning. The school places a strong emphasis on nurturing curiosity, independence, and a love of learning from the very start of each child’s educational journey.
Key Responsibilities - Nursery Class Teacher (EYFS)
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons in line with the national framework
- Create a stimulating and safe learning environment
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider EYFS team
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
The Ideal Candidate - Nursery Class Teacher (EYFS)
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and a child-centred approach
- Is committed to high standards of teaching and learning
- Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life

Salary: MPS1–MPS6 (dependent on experience)
