The Role As an Air Conditioning & HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial and industrial air conditioning and HVAC systems across Norfolk and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: • Installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems • Fault finding and diagnostics • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) • Reactive maintenance and breakdown response • Working on VRV/VRF, split, multi-split, and ventilation systems • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard • Maintaining excellent customer relationships on site What We're Looking For • Previous experience as an Air Conditioning or HVAC Engineer • F-Gas Certification (essential) • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills • Experience working within commercial environments • Full UK Driving Licence • A positive attitude and strong work ethic If you're an experienced Air Conditioning & HVAC Engineer looking for your next challenge with a company that values quality, teamwork, and employee development, we'd love to hear from you.
