The Role: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Support pupils with ASD through structured routines and personalised learning strategies. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils can thrive. Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and parents to support pupil progress. Monitor, assess and celebrate achievements, no matter how big or small.
