We are looking for an organized and experienced chef to work alongside our Sous Chef, creating exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients for a high-profile clientele.

The Details
Salary: £37,500 per annum

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Shift patterns, no weekends)

Hours: 40-hour contract

Environment: High-end corporate location serving 80100 covers for lunch and dinner

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality fine dining menus.

Ensure every dish is prepared with consistency, precision, and excellence.

Manage your section efficiently within a fast-paced, premium kitchen environment.

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining or 5-star establishment is preferred, but not essential.
