An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy Aberdeen-based team handling a diverse range of real estate matters. This role offers exposure to high-quality work across multiple sectors, including development, renewables and investment property, within a supportive and collaborative environment.

This position is well suited to a commercial property lawyer looking to build on existing experience while gaining greater involvement in complex transactions and client relationships.

The role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor in Aberdeen, you will work on a broad caseload including acquisitions and disposals, leasing and development work.

You will be involved in property finance matters, project due diligence and corporate support transactions, while advising clients on a range of commercial real estate issues. The role also includes work on development projects, including infrastructure and renewable energy arrangements.

You will work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver an integrated and commercially focused service to clients.

About you

This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who:

• 
  
• Has 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property or real estate
• Has experience handling transactions such as leasing, sales and acquisitions
• Is commercially aware and detail-focused
• Communicates clearly and builds lasting client relationships
• Works effectively as part of a team and manages deadlines efficiently
• Is motivated to progress within a commercial property environment
