Senior Building Surveyor

A leading consultancy with a strong pipeline across healthcare, education, commercial, residential, and public sector frameworks is looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing Bristol team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced surveyor to take ownership of key projects, mentor junior team members, and play a visible role in client delivery across a diverse portfolio. What you’ll be doing: Delivering a range of Building Surveying services across multiple sectors Leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery Undertaking contract administration, project management, and professional instructions Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors within the team Contributing to business development and helping secure repeat and new work Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget What we’re looking for: Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or working towards chartership Strong consultancy background with experience across multiple sectors Proven experience delivering projects and professional services Confident client-facing ability with strong communication skills Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members A proactive and commercially aware approach What’s on offer: £55,000 – £65,000+ salary depending on experience Bonus scheme and enhanced benefits package Hybrid working and flexible arrangements Clear progression pathway to Associate level Exposure to high-profile projects across a varied client base If you’re looking for your next step within a well-established consultancy offering strong progression and project variety, get in touch with Max Condie on (phone number removed) for a confidential conversation, or apply directly
