The Role We are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 Tramper Drivers on behalf of our client based in Crayford, Kent . This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering long-term stability and consistent work.
This position involves tramping work , following a 5/6/5/6 shift pattern , with up to 5 nights out followed by 6 nights off .
Duties Include Driving Class 1 vehicles with fridge box trailers
Transporting frozen, chilled, and ambient goods
Completing deliveries nationwide
Adhering to all driving laws and regulations
Maintaining accurate records and paperwork
Ensuring vehicle safety checks are completed daily
? Requirements Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
Minimum 2 years' experience (essential for insurance purposes)
Proven experience with box trailers
Previous tramping experience (nights away essential)
Valid xwzovoh CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Reliable, professional, and flexible attitude
