Lead Platform Engineer | Remote I'm currently supporting a high-growth technology organisation looking to hire a Lead Platform Engineer to help shape the future of engineering productivity across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has progressed from a Software Engineering background into Platform Engineering, DevOps or Engineering Enablement and enjoys solving problems at scale. The role will focus on: ✅ Platform Engineering & Internal Tooling ✅ CI/CD Optimisation & Developer Productivity ✅ AI-Assisted Software Development ✅ Engineering Standards & Best Practice ✅ Cross-Team Technical Leadership You'll work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to improve development workflows, drive adoption of modern tooling and help shape the next generation of engineering capabilities.
