Senior Building Surveyor

The role combines professional building surveying services, project delivery, client management and mentoring responsibilities across commercial property portfolios. Responsibilities * Lead dilapidations, technical due diligence and professional surveying instructions * Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects through to completion * Act as Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Employer's Agent * Develop and maintain key client relationships * Mentor Graduate and Chartered Building Surveyors Requirements * Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline * MRICS qualified * Consultancy-based commercial building surveying experience * Experience delivering dilapidations and technical due diligence instructions * Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts Salary & Package * £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary * Annual bonus of up to 14% * Highly flexible working arrangements * Private healthcare * CPD support, APC mentoring involvement and professional development programmes 📩 Apply by submitting your CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation
