Open to a Temp to perm / Contract option outside of IR35
We're working with a young and ambitious M&E contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join their expanding team. The company is part of a well-established construction group, providing strong financial backing and a clear path for growth.
Specialising in commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across London , they're entering an exciting phase of expansion and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.

Role Overview:
Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for commercial fit out projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Support the pre-construction team with value engineering and cost planning.
Work closely with the directors and have genuine input into company growth and strategy.

Requirements:
Proven experience in mechanical estimating within building services.
Strong technical and commercial understanding of mechanical systems.
Confident working independently and managing multiple tenders.
Ambition to progress into a managerial position , building and leading a team over time. xwzovoh
