The long established London office of a US law firm.

THE ROLE

A Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 4-5pqe is sought to join the firm's internationally recognised litigation team.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-value disputes across diverse industries.

You will contribute to every stage of litigation -- from pre-action work such as injunctions of all types and mediation to preparing pleadings and applications/hearings, client and party communications and disclosure processes; conducting in-depth legal research; taking witness and expert statements; and supporting trial preparation and overall case strategy -- while also handling complex arbitrations.

Experience with disputes involving copyright, data protection, defamation, privacy and breach of confidence preferred.
The team comprises high performing, creative thinking trial lawyers, many called to the Bar.

ABOUT YOU

Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales you will have:

A strong academic background with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

4-5pqe in handling complex commercial litigation before courts, arbitration panels and tribunals.

Experience handling injunctions and mediations; preparing pleadings and applications/hearings, client and party communications and disclosure processes; conducting legal research, taking witness and expert statements and supporting trial preparation and case strategy.

Experience acting for both claimants and defendants. xwzovoh
