About the role

As a Junior Broker, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping to drive company growth. If you have a confident phone manner, a passion for sales, and are eager to learn, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities for the Junior Broker

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products and services.

Identify sales opportunities and generate leads.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
*
Maintain accurate records of all sales activity using the company CRM system.
*
Follow up on leads and enquiries in a timely manner.
*
Work closely with the sales team and management to refine strategies and improve performance.
Requirements for the Junior Broker
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confident, personable, and resilient attitude.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
Target-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
