CNC Grinder

Job Title: CNC Grinder (Through-put Lidköping Grinder using Fanuc) Location: Fareham Job Type: Temporary (Immediate Start – December) Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Grinder to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Fareham. This is a temporary role running from now through to December, offering the opportunity to work within a well-respected manufacturing company, in an environment producing components for the precision engineering customers. Key Responsibilities: Set and operate CNC grinding machines, specifically Lidköping through-put grinders Work with Fanuc-controlled machinery Manufacture components from high-grade metals to tight tolerances Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately Carry out self-inspection of parts using appropriate measuring equipment Ensure consistent quality and adherence to aerospace standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment Requirements: Proven experience in CNC grinding (through-feed / centreless preferred; qualifications not required) Strong background in setting and operating machines (essential) Experience working with Fanuc controls Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Competent in self-inspection and quality checks Experience working with high-specification metals High attention to detail and commitment to quality What’s on Offer: Immediate start available Opportunity to work within a respected engineering environment Stable contract through to December If you have the required experience and are available for an immediate start, we would like to hear from you.
