Wood Machinist / Bench Joiner Overview Ridgeway & Co are recruiting on behalf of a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer based in Willingham. Our client specialises in the design and manufacture of high-quality, bespoke joinery products for residential and commercial projects and is looking to add an experienced Wood Machinist / Bench Joiner to their growing workshop team. Duties * Operating a range of woodworking machinery safely and efficiently. * Manufacturing high-end bespoke joinery products to a high standard. * Reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Producing accurate, quality workmanship within production deadlines. * Working with hardwoods and other premium materials. * Maintaining a clean and organised workshop. Requirements * Previous experience as a Wood Machinist, Bench Joiner or Joiner. * Experience within a workshop or factory environment. * Ability to read technical drawings. * Excellent attention to detail. * Good knowledge of woodworking machinery. * Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
