About the role
Neura Market in Greater London is seeking a Head of Customer Success to build and lead the Customer Success function across EMEA and APAC. This role will involve scaling a team to support strategic international customers and ensuring a consistent customer experience globally.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Customer Success leadership, a strong background in software, SaaS, or AI/ML companies, and the ability to balance global strategy with local execution. Annual salary ranges from £220,000 to £385,000 GBP.
