Recruitment Consultant

365 People are looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer / On-Site Consultant to support a busy multi-site client across Manchester. This is a fast-paced role involving recruitment, candidate management and regular on-site support to ensure excellent service delivery. Hours of work are 10am - 7pm or 12pm - 9pm - flexibility is required due to client requirements Key Responsibilities * Source, screen and interview candidates. * Advertise vacancies and manage recruitment campaigns. * Register and onboard temporary workers. * Build strong relationships with clients and candidates. * Conduct regular service reviews and manage workforce attendance and welfare. * Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and employment legislation. * Process timesheets and support with general recruitment administration. * Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota. About You * Recruitment or onsite experience is desirable. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Able to work independently in a busy environment. * Flexible and reliable with a proactive approach.
