Trainee Recruitment Consultant

About the Role This is the perfect opportunity for someone with foundational recruitment experience (or strong sales/customer-facing skills) who wants to develop into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant. You'll start by strengthening your candidate management and delivery skills, while gaining exposure to the sales side of recruitment, including: Business development Client relationship management Negotiation and commercial awarenessWith ongoing mentoring and support, you'll quickly progress into managing your own desk and clients.
