About the role

Job Description

* Working within Social Housing with a good attitude, polite, friendly and approachable.
* General day to day repairs and maintenance as necessary, void repairs
* Using a PDA to manage and record daily works.
* Working on a rota basis on call out of hours.

Requirements:-

* Minimum of 2 years Joinery experience
* Full UK driving license
* Essential NVQ Level 2 Joinery / desirable NVQ Level 3 in Joinery
* Other trades are preferred but not essential
