Marketing & Events Executive Full Time Permanent Location: Staines Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 We're partnering with an established engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a commercially minded marketing professional who can take ownership of the company's marketing function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. The Role of Marketing & Events Executive:You'll be responsible for: Developing and delivering the company's marketing strategy. Planning and leading trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Managing digital marketing, social media, website content, and email campaigns. Creating engaging marketing content, case studies, and promotional materials. Driving lead generation and supporting business development initiatives. Analysing campaign performance, market trends, and ROI to inform future strategy. Working closely with senior leadership, sales, and engineering teams to support business growth.About You Proven experience in a senior marketing role. Strong background in B2B marketing, including digital campaigns and content creation. Experience managing exhibitions, events, and product launches. Commercially aware with excellent project management skills. Confident analysing marketing performance and turning insights into action.
