We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in the Studley area. At Heart of England Mencap, we foster an inclusive and supportive culture where every individual is valued, respected and empowered to grow. About the Role Working as part of a friendly and experienced team, you will support adults with learning disabilities to live independently, develop new skills and make the most of every day.
No two days are the same. Your role could include: Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks Encouraging independence and choice Supporting customers to access the local community Accompanying customers to activities such as the gym and swimming Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
About You Previous care experience is preferred A caring, positive and reliable approach A willingness to learn and develop Flexibility to work a range of shifts Full training is provided because great care comes from the HEART.
