Accounts Assistant

Key Benefits/ Rewards on Offer: • Full time, office based role Monday to Friday • 25 days annual leave entitlement + bank holidays • Company pension • Free on site parking Your New Role as Accounts Assistant: • Prepare and process sales invoices, liaising with customers • Process and check invoices • Request and process documentation for subcontractors and identify any discrepancies • Liaise with Quantity Surveyors and other construction staff • Assist with other areas of purchase ledger, sales ledger and subcontractors as needed and supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply: • Experience within a busy finance function • Construction/CIS knowledge or the ability and willingness to learn subcontractor rules • Strong communication skills, building and maintaining working relationships with various stakeholders • Good practical knowledge of Excel Kenton Black Finance operate across the UK as a market leading recruitment partner, specialising in the attraction of finance talent across both permanent and interim requirements.
