Customer Account Executive

Are you an experienced business customer account advisor who listens well, understands the needs of customer and can think on their feet to provide the best solutions to issues raised ? Day to day as a customer account advisor you will be : * Speaking to business customers over the phone to resolve any issues that may have arisen * Inbound call handling * Provide solutions to business customers which are mutually agreeable moving forward * Update the in house system with any progress You will be a good listener, resilient with a good level of customer service experience and have a level of common sense to be able to look at the bigger picture when providing solutions - Starting Salary £27000 OFFICE BASED Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
