Skills required for the job of Engineering & Operations Manager Leading and developing a team of maintenance engineers Managing a budget for the engineering department Take ownership of Health & Safety, paperwork and compliance on site. Championing continuous improvement and root cause analysis within the department Overseeing several small projects Strong leadership experience required for the role Ensure customer deliveries are achieved on time, in full, to quality and cost targets Forecast volumes and resource requirements aligned to budget and capacity Monitor performance, analyse trends and implement corrective actions
