IAM Developer

IAM Developer Location: Remote (UK) Salary: Up to £100,000 + Benefits I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Developer to join a leading organisation delivering large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on enterprise IAM solutions, developing and enhancing identity platforms that support thousands of users across complex business environments. What you'll be doing Design, develop and support One Identity Manager (1IM) solutions. Build identity lifecycle workflows, provisioning processes and automation. Integrate IAM platforms with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Office 365, LDAP, SAP and other enterprise applications. Develop SQL queries, stored procedures and custom connectors. Support platform upgrades, enhancements and production environments. Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and work closely with security, infrastructure and architecture teams. What we're looking for Strong commercial experience with One Identity Manager (1IM). Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance and user provisioning. Strong SQL and database development skills. Experience with scripting using PowerShell, VB.NET, JavaScript, VBScript or similar. Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID (Azure AD) and authentication technologies. Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Desirable Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk or Okta. Knowledge of SAML, OAuth or OpenID Connect. Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP)
