About the role
The Conservatoire is seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our HR Department in Glasgow. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week) focuses on enhancing our shared HR, Payroll and Finance system (CiAnywhere) and delivering accurate data and compliant services.
You will review processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement solutions to strengthen system functionality, data quality and reporting.
