In this pivotal leadership role, youll oversee the nightly operations of our trunking fleet ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery across our national networkwhile driving continuous improvement and team development.

What Youll Be Doing: Lead by Example: Supervise and support the transport team, fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and high performance.

Operational Excellence: Plan and manage vehicle routing, tracking, and maintenance to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of any issues.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations meet the highest standards of safety and legal compliance.

Drive Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and boost performance.

Team Development: Mentor and develop your team, providing the tools and support they need to thrive.

What Were Looking For: A confident leader with experience in fast-paced logistics environments.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

A valid National or International CPC qualification.

Solid understanding of transport and network planning, particularly in multi-drop operations.
