Finance Manager - New role

Where finance meets digital performance. This isn't a back-office numbers role. You'll be at the heart of a fast-moving e-commerce operation — challenging performance, shaping strategy, and turning data into decisions that actually move the needle. What you'll own You'll take the lead on e-commerce P&Ls from top to bottom — tracking sales, margins, digital marketing spend, returns, and everything in between. As the finance voice in the room with Marketing, Tech, and Digital teams, you'll interrogate trading performance, evaluate campaigns, and hunt down profitability opportunities others miss. Day-to-day you'll be delivering monthly management accounts, in-period P&L tracking, weekly analysis, and clear-eyed reporting on risks and opportunities. Budgeting, forecasting, cost efficiencies, process improvements — it's all yours. You'll bring Part-qualified or fully qualified — ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent by experience Sharp management accounting and analytical skills Advanced Excel (you actually mean it) Solid P&L, balance sheet and cashflow know-how The ability to translate complex data into plain English for any audience E-commerce, retail or digital background — a real advantage BI tools experience — a bonus What's on offer Competitive salary Pension Employee discount Cycle to work scheme Long service recognition
