Skilled Hygiene Operative ALaCarte (Staffline) Leicester is looking to hire Skilled Hygiene Operative for our clients Food manufacturing site based across Leicester. This role will lead to Permanent position. Pay Rate will vary from £14.09/Hr to £17.07/Hr AM, PM AND NTS Shift available - 4 on 4 off or FRI TO TUES, WED TO SUN, SUN TO THUR 12 HOURS SHIFT Your Time at Work Role Summary To conduct standard and full strip down cleans of areas and equipment in the bakery in line with SOP's and Cleaning instruction cards. This role includes the dismantling of large and heavy equipment in both a low care and high care environments To support and develop the Hygiene Department in providing a 'World Class Service' Our Perfect Worker Skills - Abilities - Knowledge Manage own self to meet company objectives to agreed timescales Fully trained in the Deep Clean duties to include the removal of panels using specific tools and basic maintenance (replacing seals, lubricating etc.) To liaise with Hygiene Team Leaders to ensure essential deadlines are met To train and assist Hygiene Deep Cleaning Team to deliver and surpass KPI's To work alongside the Hygiene coordinator to review and update SOP's Escalate any issues that fall outside SOP Work within all company requirements for H&S for self and others Generally, works within set operating procedures but can make decisions from acceptable options. Required to source, collate and interrogate information both within own job area and across other functions. At times, also required to allocate tasks and instruct others. Undertake a range of diverse tasks which are complicated in nature. Required to switch between tasks frequently. Qualifications - Experience - Technical Skills / Knowledge - Experience of working within a manufacturing, production or factory environment. Previous experience of working within the food industry is essential. - Ability to organise and co-ordinate multiple tasks.
