Belfast based Highly competitive package Some UK and international travel Full P&L ownership Key Responsibilities Lead the business day to day with full P&L accountability Set and deliver the commercial strategy across existing and new markets Win new business and develop strategic partnerships Drive diversification into new product areas Lead an established senior team across operations, technical and finance Own pricing, margin and forecasting Represent the business with key customers, suppliers and partners The Ideal Candidate Proven track record at Managing Director, Commercial Director, Sales Director or General Manager level Strong commercial and business development background Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food, chemicals, personal care or a similar product-led environment Demonstrable new business wins and entry into new markets xwzovoh Financial acumen across margin, pricing and investment appraisal Hands-on, visible leadership style This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a growing, profitable business with genuine backing to expand it.
