Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Desk

CSS Recruitment & Training is looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in our Kings Lynn branch. We are ideally seeking someone with experience recruiting within the Industrial sector, particularly on permanent placements, however we are open to speaking with consultants from other sectors who have a strong track record in permanent recruitment and business development. The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing a permanent recruitment desk, including: * Building and maintaining strong client relationships * Winning new business opportunities * Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates * Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement * Advertising vacancies and proactively searching for candidates * Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process * Working towards achievable sales and placement targets What We’re Looking For * Previous experience within recruitment, ideally permanent placements * Industrial recruitment experience desirable but not essential * Strong communication and relationship building skills * Self-motivated and target driven attitude * Ability to manage workload independently * Full UK driving licence preferred What We Offer * Competitive basic salary (depending on experience) * Uncapped commission structure * Established client base and support network * Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends * Flexible / hybrid working options considered * Career progression opportunities * Supportive and friendly working environment If you are an ambitious recruiter looking for your next opportunity within a growing and respected business, we would love to hear from you
