Internal Recruiter,
Location: Penarth 4x per week, 1x home
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 + Bonus

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Recruiter to support a busy and varied In-House Recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with candidates and is driven to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This role will suit someone who is confident building relationships, a strong communicator with confidence to negotiate with senior stakeholders.

The role

In this position, you will take responsibility for supporting in-house recruitment strategy and planning alongside hiring managers. You will provide market insight to hiring managers for roles across a variety of seniority levels as well as keeping in regular contact with candidates within the industry for suitable openings.

Key responsibilities

• Support in-house recruitment strategy
• To discuss vacancies and recruitment plan with hiring managers
• To develop knowledge of business to advise candidates and qualify them
• To manage relationships internally and externally with prospective candidates
• To create and post job adverts across multiple platforms
• To contact interviews and feedback calls

What we're looking for

• Experience in recruitment
• Understanding of full recruitment process
• Experience and confidence in stakeholder communication & engagement
• Ideally some knowledge of Construction industry
