An exciting opportunity has arisen for multiple Process Technicians to join a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is key to ensuring the efficient operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of production processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Successful candidates will play a hands-on role in troubleshooting, maintenance, and process optimisation, working as part of a dynamic operations team.

Key Responsibilities

*Carry out fault finding, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities across production equipment

*Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime and maintain output

*Support yield and quality improvements within the manufacturing process

*Maintain high housekeeping standards across assigned production lines

*Ensure all work is conducted in line with Environmental, Health & Safety standards

*Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture

*Support continuous improvement initiatives within operations

Requirements

*Level 6 or Level 7 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Moulding, or related discipline

*Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

*Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment

*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
