Mechanical Project Manager

Our client is an established privately-owned MEP services contractor who have been in business for over 20 years and they are searching for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. They specialise in pre-fabrication, new installation and refurbishment, providing market leading services across various sectors including Commercial, Education, Leisure, Accommodation, Residential, MOD/MOJ, Industrial, Retail and Health. The initial project is valued at £3m based in Edinburgh with another £3m to be added soon, following from this there is a strong pipeline of work until 2028 within the region and across Scotland that will offer security and stability! The focus of this role will be to provide leadership, insight, direction and foresight in the safe and profitable delivery of schemes, while also providing excellent customer satisfaction and successfully developing a team. As a Project Manager you will: * Lead the mechanical services engineering elements from pre-construction to project completion. This will include design and procurement * Lead the full MEP works on site in terms of safety, quality, programme and budget.
