As our new Automation & Integration Manager, you'll spearhead the next phase of our integration and automation journey, shaping strategy, influencing business transformation, and building scalable solutions that directly impact how our business operates. This is a permanent, hybrid role offering a competitive salary of up to £85,000 plus benefits.The company is based in Cambridgeshire and will require 2-3 days of on-site Work Under a Hybrid working model.
Highlights:
- Lead the design, development, support, and continuous improvement of integrations and automation solutions across our application landscape.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Drive adoption of automation capabilities across the organisation and support our broader business transformation initiatives.
Preferred Requirements:
- Significant experience in integration, automation, or enterprise application delivery, with hands-on experience of enterprise integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Logic Apps, or similar.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and solution architecture, with a proven track record of designing and delivering scalable integration solutions within complex environments.
- A consultative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and a practical, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for solving business problems.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams.
- Familiarity with FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, retail, or other fast-paced operational environments would be advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant experience in integration, automation, or enterprise application delivery.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms.

This Automation & Integrations Manager role is based in Cambridgeshire and requires 2-3 days per week on-site, under a Hybrid model.
