Working closely with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams, we balance complex operational needs with simple, well-designed solutions—always grounded in customer insight and business impact.
Job Location: Remote UK or Portugal
This role is a remote position in the UK or Portugal. Occasional travel to company offices as necessary.
Translate research and data into clear problem definitions, recommendations, and success metrics.
Deliver High-Quality Design
Own end-to-end design across multiple areas, from discovery through delivery.
Ensure design quality through collaboration, Design QA, and strong attention to detail.
Use and contribute to the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
Work closely with product, engineering, marketing and commercial to create alignment and progress.
Mentor and advocate helping peers connect our work to customer and business goals.
Proactively identify and remove blockers, maintaining momentum without sacrificing quality
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.
Grounds decisions in research, data, and customer insight.
Cares deeply about craft, quality, and growing others.
