Applications Developer We are working with a leading international professional services firm seeking an experienced Applications Developer to join their technology team in London. This role focuses on developing and enhancing high-performance web, mobile, and client-server applications, supporting business-critical systems, and delivering innovative solutions aligned to organisational goals. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET MVC / .NET technologies - Build responsive, user-friendly front-end solutions using modern frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery) - Develop and optimise SQL databases to ensure performance, integrity, and scalability - Create and deliver reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI and SSRS - Use low-code platforms (e.g. PowerApps, Power Automate) to streamline business processes - Integrate applications with internal systems and third-party services - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to best development practices - Provide user support and occasional out-of-hours maintenance where required Key Requirements - Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - Strong experience with .NET, C#, Web APIs, and SQL Server - Proven experience building modern web applications (ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core) - Strong front-end development experience (React, Angular, etc.) - Experience delivering reporting and data visualisation solutions - Familiarity with low-code platforms such as Power Platform tools - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment In accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.
