Head of Engineering & Asset Reliability

DS Smith is seeking an outstanding Site Engineering Director to lead the Engineering and Maintenance function at Kemsley Paper Mill. This role involves defining and implementing a site-wide engineering strategy, managing a £21m R&M budget, and leading a high-performing team of around 67 engineers. Key responsibilities include enhancing reliability, managing asset performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
